2014-2015 Wrap up. Important Info for all students (Next Yr 7's too)

Exam Week is upon us.  This is a summary of the last days of the year.

 

Monday June 22
-          Grade 7&8 Social Exam @ 9:00am
-          Grade 9’s Leave for Callaway @ 9:00am
-          Buses depart school at 11:30am
-          Grade 9’s Return @ 3:00pm (arrange for own way home)

A reminder for GRADE 9 students

For both the math and science exams students will require a CALCULATOR!  This must be an actual calculator, preferably a scientific calculator.  This means they are not permitted to use graphing calculators, a phone, iPod or other electronic device.

Tuesday June 23

-          All Grades Science Exam @ 9:00am
-          Buses depart school at 11:30am

Wednesday June 24

-          All Grades Math Exam @ 9:00am
-          Buses depart school at 11:30am
-      Office Closed 1:00-2:30pm

Thursday June 25

-          All Grades LA Exam @ 9:00am
-          Buses depart school at 11:30am
 
Friday June 26
-          Grade 9 Social Exam
-          Grade 7 & 8 do not attend school
-          Buses depart school at 11:30am

Monday June 29 NO BUSES

-          Drop in for Report Card pickup 9:00am-12:00 noon
         o   Stations will be set up for students to pick up their report cards in the gym
-          Awards @ 1:00pm (By invitation)
    o   Parents will be contacted if their child is receiving an award

 Tuesday June 30

-          Appeals
The school will be open 8:30-11:30am for marks appeals. Please call and make an appointment with your child's teacher if you need to appeal a mark

July 1- August 31 Summer holidays

September 1 – First day of school 

                             Grade 7 - 9:00am-12:00pm

                             Grade 8 & 9s - 1:30-3:30pm
